GDH Zhongyue (Zhongshan) Tinplate Industry Co., Ltd. ("GDH Zhongyue") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, which was established in 1989 and is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by the Group, with the total investment amount of USD177 million. GDH Zhongyue is located at No. 25 Yanjiang East 1st Road, Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. GDH Zhongyue is principally engaged in the production and operation of tinplate and tin-free steel (TFS), and processing of laminated steel, coated and printed tinplate and black plate (cold-rolled steel plate). Products are widely used as metal packaging materials in food, light industry and chemical industry, sold to nearly 400 enterprises in Mainland China and exported to Europe, America, Oceania, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

GDH Zhongyue is a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province, a provincial top 500 enterprise, an excellent enterprise and civilized unit of Zhongshan City. GDH Zhongyue has passed ISO9001 quality system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, ISO50001 energy management system and FSSC22000 food safety system certification. GDH Zhongyue's tin-free steel products won the third prize of Provincial Science and Technology Award and the title of Guangdong Famous Brand, and also obtained national invention patents. In 2006, GDH Zhongyue won the honorary title of "China Famous Packaging Brand Product", and the "GDTP" trademark was recognized as "Guangdong Famous Trademark". At present, GDH Zhongyue owns a number of patents.
