GDH Guangnan (Holdings) Limited ("Guangnan Holdings", stock code "1203") was incorporated on 12 March 1982 and listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 9 December 1994.

Guangnan Holdings is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the distribution and trading of fresh and live foodstuffs and provision of slaughtering service, manufacturing and sales of tinplate products and property leasing. The Group's businesses are mainly carried out in Hong Kong and in the Chinese mainland.

Its holding company is GDH Limited, which has an approximate 59.19% interest in Guangnan. GDH Limited is currently the largest conglomerate of the Guangdong Province operating outside the Mainland China.
